Key 2 Your Path Inc uses a spiritually integrated approach, the principle of “faith without works is dead” is woven throughout the journey. Therapy becomes a space where faith is honored, but action is required—supporting you in aligning belief with consistent, intentional steps toward change.
The purpose of therapy is not to fix you—because you are not broken. Therapy is designed to challenge the places where you feel stuck, offer options to help you move forward, and support you in becoming the best version of yourself through your own power, consistency, and willingness to press through discomfort. In short, you have to put the work in, and therapy provides the tools and support to help you do that.

If you are experiencing active psychosis (nervous breakdown, panic attack, ect), suicidal thoughts, with intent, or with a plan to harm yourself or others, telehealth is not appropriate.
